I have a quibble with the last category. What’s Love Got to Do With It? - How is that “Boy Gets Girl, Boy Loses girl, Boy Gets Girl”?

Tina Turner meets Ike, dumps Ike, and never gets back with him! (And goes onto shining solo success!) Granted, she dumps him several times trying to escape his abusiveness, but I don’t think this movie fits the category.

I never actually saw the movie myself. The title popped up on a Google search for that criteria. You should submit a substitute submission, as I listed the only other romcom (Notting Hill) I can recall actually seeing.
