I actually wanted to list Ragtime, but a double-check of IMDb showed that was not the case. This poorly-reviewed made-for-TV film has Cagney as an old ex-boxer re-kindling his relationship with his granddaughter.

Having suffered a stroke, Cagney couldn’t speak clearly, and all his dialogue was re-dubbed by Rich Little. Seems quite a sad way to go out. I loved Cagney in Ragtime!
