I remember seeing this movie around 90 (I’m guessing it was an 80s-era action movie) and my Google Fu is failing me but I do remember these scenes very distinctly:
Mercenaries of some sort who drove their motorcycles out of the open tailgate of an in-the-air C130. They were parachuting into a jungle and several of them got their bikes hung up in trees.
An “old school” soldier who was always singing the “We pull upon the risers” song except he had some nastier lyrics. I remember one line involved shoving a knife up the Second Louie’s ass.
If I am misremembering this movie correctly, there was a young girl who was kidnapped and the old soldier was in the group who rescued her. I think the girl was the daughter of a politician or something along those lines.
It starred Barry Bostwick (Brad!) and is the only other film I saw Persis Khambatta in. It is wonderfully awful, but supposedly the stuntmen working on the film loved it, because the motorcycles and the weird vehicles built for the film were very “practical”.
