Hello, I am back. After having heard many wonderful suggestions, I am redoing my poll. But this time, you comment it so I can get more accurate results. The options are as following. Okay. I’m 62, Male. I’ve seen maybe 1,800-2,000 movies at a guess. My favorite genres are: in order of preference: Science Fiction, Action, Comedy, Mystery, Historical. I’m not sure of the difference between Action and Adventure films, though.
Well I think you’re going to have a tough time making any thing more then a general conclusion because movies and the people that watch them are so diverse. I for instance can’t pick a genre because today I may be looking for a comedy and tomorrow a western(which is not one of your choices) and the next a drama. Or maybe a film noir and a musical ( also left off your list). I’m a 60 year old man that’s been watching movies my whole life and can safely say a low estimate of 2 a week since I was 5 would be close to 6000. And I like watching movies so have seen more then a few in one day many times. And I’m not including movies I’ve seen multiple times.
So I don’t know if I’ve helped or hindered but that’s my input.
Well, you have a valid point. I think that you, the reader, would.choose a genre. If there is a genre I have left out, please, go ahead and list it. I will include it into my project. The ones listed have been recommended. And this is what you like today. This isn’t a life or death project. Just try to be as accurate as possible.
