Movie "Top Secret!(1984)" - What are they saying?

Several times in this movie you hear an expression that sounds something like “that’s impastora”. The most notable instance is when the scientist (Michael Gough) tells Nick Rivers (Val Kilmer) that a new weapon will be tested on Sunday to which Val Kilmer says “that’s impastora”.
To me it seems thay are referring to some obscure religious holiday, but that is just a guess. Is it just some word or phrase they made up as a running joke through the movie?

From the DVD he’s saying “that’s simchas torah”

Thank you very much !!!
I really wanted to know what that was but I was afraid that even the SDMB folks might not be able to help. Good work !!

If you like the movie “Top Secret”, one thing that is very dificult to pick out is during the “Skeet Surfing” scene, Nick Rivers is shown on the cover of “Guns and Ammo”. It is easy to see the main story is about “Skeet Surfing’s Nick Rivers” but beneath that is another story that says “My Daughter Is Dead … But So Is the Burglar !!” Tasteless ?? Sure !! Funny ?? You bet !!

It took me a long time with my VCR (hey the movie came out a long time ago), to decipher that. I hope this is a joke you might have missed. Go to your DVD players and see. Then again, if you knew about “that’s simchas torah”, you probably saw that Guns and Ammo joke too.
