How about the end of Superman II?
“Oh, I’ve been, uh, working out.”
TV: The Seinfeld episode where George decides to do the opposite. He’s in the theater sitting in front of two loudmouths, and stands up and dismantles them. (~3:31 here).

:smack:
I love both of those. I also love dismantle in this context.
Why Johnny. I forgot you were standing there. You may go.
I also like the scene where the one Cowboy gets into Wyatt’s face trying to provoke a fight and Wyatt cracks him in the head with his own pistol.
And of course the best scene is where Johnny Ringo points his gun in a drunken Doc Holliday’s face and then starts doing pistol tricks to the crowds delight. Holliday counters by matching him move for move with his little whisky cup.
There’s a similar scene in Rising Sun. Snipes and Connery are prevented from entering a suspects house by a security guard:
Guard “You should know, I’m a black belt”
Connery “Of course you are dear.”
with predictable results
How 'bout Trading Places.
Does Jack-Jack beating up Syndrome in “The Incredibles” count? Because I adore that.
Sam Donovan’s speech to the network execs in Sports Night’s episode ‘Cliff Gardner’, especially the line:
I’m sure I’ll be back later with more.
“You gonna jerk that smoke wagon, or just stand there and bleed?”
“…”
“Yeah, I thought so.”
I’m not a fan of westerns, but that whole scene is just awesome. Showcases the entire character of Wyatt in about 30 seconds.
What does “gets pwned” mean?
