Help me out, I’m dying here!
I’m trying to remember the name of the movie where the main character, a guy, keeps doing the same karaoke song over and over?
Maybe a Judd Apatow, Seth Rogen, Steve Carell, something…
Help!?!

It wasn’t an episode of King of the Hill was it? I remember one where Khan kept singing “The Morning After.”
Thanks but nope.
A guy in my office said it was an episode of The Office, but I don’t watch that either.
I’m pretty sure it was a movie…
In the TV series Angel, the lead character sings the song Mandy. Often.
500 Days of Summer? Or maybe Blind Date?
Steve Carrell does karoake to “Word Up” in The 40-Year Old Virgin, but at home and not in public.
Hmmmm, 500 Days of Summer…that’s a definite maybe. I saw it not too long ago and if I recall, he was very drunk when singing it.
That might be the one.
Thanks!
There’s a Kids in the Hall sketch where Bruce McCollough is a competitive karaoke singer who always sings “Freebird.” Then, on the day of the big match, the guy on stage right before him sings it, and he doesn’t have a back up song ready and bombs hugely.
In Stepbrothers, a brother of either Will Ferrell or the other main character always sang “Ice Ice Baby,” starting when he was in middle school. He later becomes a realtor, and his slogan is “My homes are nice nice baby.” This was one of the few funny parts of the movie.
