What movies or TV shows have used a visual style similar to the movies John Wick and Only God Forgives?

What use(s) is that style best used for? What is it liable to do poorly?
“Gone in 60 seconds” (the remake) had some really well done lighting in this style. As did “swordfish”, which probably killed the style for a while.
Enter The Void has some beautifully lit scenes.
Wow, that really drives home the whole “teal & orange” thing, huh?
The teal & orange thing is overused, especially on movies posters & video game box covers.
The examples given here do more than that, I believe. I’m curious to know your opinion on how that can best be used in movies and games.
The picture with Gosling in the foreground and the numerous out-of-focus light in the background is rather nice. And yes, they’re mainly teal & orange.
