Movies with perfectly descriptive titles

The thread on misleading titles made me think of movies with titles that tell you everything you need to know about the movie.

That thread mentions Hot Tub Time Machine, which pretty much nails what the central premise of the movie is.

This thread could probably be called the **Snakes on a Plane **memorial thread, but **Big Trouble in Little China **pretty much tells you what that movie’s about.

So, what other movie titles tell you everything you need to know before you buy your ticket?

The Iron Giant.

Well, maybe he wasn’t really iron

Bloodsport. Yes, it was.

The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies!!?

Love Story

Hobo with a Shotgun

Murder on the Orient Express, which I just watched for the first time, pretty much delivered what it promised.

My Dinner With Andre.

Kill Bill

Aliens

Superman
Spiderman
Green Lantern (maybe marginal as it’s not about an old fashioned light that’s green)

Ebert’s review of Lair of the White Worm:

Abbott and Costello Meet the Mummy. Yes, yes they did.

Night of the Living Dead. That pretty much covers it.

The Brave Little Toaster

Deepthroat.

Cowboys and Aliens

“And you people, you’re all … astronauts … on … some kind of star trek.”

Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter.

One has no grounds for complaint.

The Yule Log
