Wasn’t there a pregnant townswoman in Blazing Saddles?
I never saw the entire series, but didn’t Laura San Giacomo’s character in “The Stand” kill herself before giving birth? Something about his seed being cold inside her.

The surprisingly badass hotel-owner from In Bruges Is heavily pregnant throughout the movie, which allows her to be the central element in the staircase showdown near the end of the film. The birth does not take place during the movie. The pregnancy is central to the character (or, more precisely, to her function relative to the other characters).
Is that the version with Roger Moore?
