when I opened this thread The Tango! (True Lies) - Cafe Society - Straight Dope Message Board
Magnolia and Steel Magnolias.
One is P. T. Anderson’s relentlessly depressing epic, which tells the tale of a group of strangers whose lives are intimately intertwined set to Aimee Mann’s most poignant album. The other is a classic “friendships between women” chick flick.
Their only commonality is that they both make me cry.
