There was a 1970 (?) movie called “the Devils” about a convent of free-wheeling nuns who (falsely) used demonic possession as an excuse to sleep around and cavort in libidinous manners. I saw it a long time ago, and can’t quite recall if any of the nuns hurl - but seeing as they do everything else, I imagine there’s at least a quick snippet of a vomiting nun.
Hmm. I remember the boiling-water enemas, but I don’t remember any vomiting.
Well, I’m trying to think about characters who vomit in The Wizard of Oz, and I think the answer is nun.

Obviously the OP is not conversant nunspolitation films. I would recommend L’Altro Inferno as a useful introduction to the vomiting subgenre.
