Don’t tell me that! I watch it at least once a year (at the beginning of tornado season, natch). Now I’m worried it’ll become awful for me too!

I liked it when I was an adventure starved college student, now at nearly 50 it was a boring snoozefest. Even my 17 year oldsaid “Mom, this is kinda boring.”
On the other hand, I liked Airplane MUCH more as an inappropriate 48 year old than I did as a clueless and rather uptight 14 year old. 
Are you talking about the whole series, or just the first film? I found it kind of boring to begin with but* Mad Max 2* grew on me the older I got.
John Candy does. The rest of the film is pretty lame and whole affair might have failed had someone else been cast in the Uncle Buck role.
Just the first one, I haven’t seen Road Warrior in probably 30 years, kind of scared too since the first didn’t hold up.
