It was wonderful, just too short, of course. We spent some time just farting around the house, and then to his parents’ house for Christmas dinner. He was completely worn out by the end, especially from transfering in & out of the cars, but it was really nice to have him home for a bit.
And I have a lovely snapshot on my phone of him napping on the couch with Al, our 18-lb. Maine Coon, snuggled on top of him.
Thank you for the update. I had a wonderful Christmas, but I must say that this bit of news ranks up high with the good things of the season.
