This one is driving me batty.
I have added additional mailboxes to my email at work for microsoft exchange. And I’m trying to setup MS Outlook (not express) to play sounds so that when I recieve a message in one of these mailboxes, it plays a sound. I cannot get this to work. The sound will only play for my default Inbox. But I have 2 other Inboxes that I would like to hear a sound for too.
The address for the mailbox is “Support”. I tried setting up a rule, as follows:
Doesn’t work.
Something I noticed in the Rules Configuration is the ‘Run Now’ button. From there, I can tell a rule to to run now by selecting which one I want to run, and there is an option to tell it which folder to run it on. This way, I know the rule works, but is not permanent. How can I tell these rules to run on my other Inboxes all the time?
I cannot really install 3rd party software to make this happen, these are restricted Win 2000 machines, so that’s out.
Any suggestions?
