MS Project (2002) help - anyone here use it?

Here’s the situation - I have multiple projects that use a single resource pool. I do not have MS Project Server. Everyone in the resource pool, however, is on the same network (in fact, I imported them from our company address book on the server into the resource pool).

I want, once per day, an email to be sent to each resource listing any tasks - from ALL projects - that they have active for that day. If possible, I want this in a single email (not each project emailing its own tasks, but, in essence, the resource pool file emailing an aggregate of all tasks for a given person across all projects). Variations thereof, if this isn’t possible, are most welcome.

I don’t think you can do it. We used Project at my former employer and had all sorts of trouble with things like this. It would have saved a lot of headaches if we just got the server.
