Why is it sometimes when I use MSM Chat, Explorer keeps crashing when I enter certain rooms? I tried using Netscape and it crashes as well.
I think it might be to do with certain people’s names containing weird characters that my computer cannot display properly, but what do I have to do to fix it?

Sorry, I am clueless then. My Mac’s browswer (Safari, IE) was (sometimes) crashing when using Java, and the Mac guy said that sometimes Macs don’t deal well when using Microsoft Java, apparently other Java is okay (?).
