Are you not counting Cave Dwellers, aka Ator the Flying Eagle?
Where was the error?
No error…just a re-name.
“Word on the street is you’re a jerk.”
I remain amazed at how little MST3K I know.
Let me try one :
What show prominently featured Mike and the Bots, in shadowvision, in part commenting to the effect “A Show that makes comments on other shows? It will never work!” ?
No clue. The Soup?
The Simpsons?
Nope.
I could say more, but it would probably give it away.
Oh!
They also had the same exact Original MST3K Music Cue for the segment. I knew in a moment that it was the “Real” MST3K, and that the implication was, that this live action show had gotten MST3K’s blessing.
The local boy for the win!
What implement do Viking Women use to cast a vote?
Cheap Seats on ESPN
“Hey, there’s a ton of stock footage out there!!!”
-Crow T robot, from Santa Claus Conquers the Martians.
At the end of the final episode the guys end up on earth watching a bad movie on television. This was the first movie roasted by the guys when the show was on Comedy Central. What movie was it?
Bonus: what was the original title of that movie in the UK?
The Crawling Eye and The Trollenberg Terror, respectively.
Here’s one: What catch phrase did the movie Eegah! spawn?
Bonus: Name at least two other episodes that called back to that catch phrase. (There may be more, but I only know of two for sure.)
Watch for snakes!
It appears in the begining of Mitchell but that’s all I can remember right off hand.
Wow, I don’t think anyone else has answered.
Spears!
How many episodes featured movies directed by Ed Wood?
Three Ed Wood flicks: *Bride of the Monster, The Violent Years *and The Sinister Urge. Four if you count the Rifftrax of Plan 9.
In the movie Ed Wood, one can see a movie poster for a flick that was not done by Wood, but which was featured on MST3K. What is it?
The other one I was thinking of is The Starfighters. The planes are flying over a mountain range and we hear a bellowing “Eeeeeegahhhhh!,” followed by a “watch out for snakes!”
There’s also a “watch out for Sleestaks!” in The Girl in Lovers’ Lane.
Speaking of Ator, what dummy got blown off the ramparts?
Why do the best shows get canceled in their prime?
Glad to see at least someone else remembers this gem.
