Multi-Quote Does Not Seem To Be Working For Me - Is This A Known Issue?

I select two posts for multi-quoting, then I am not able to make a reply box come up with both of the quotes in it. What am I missing here?

Creamsicle caught a squirrel.

I thought it was dead, but Mrs. L.A. said it was still moving. I was going to dispatch it with snakeshot, but couldn’t find my H&R 999 immediately. The squirrel seemed to be perking up, so I put it on top of the shed in the back yard. It isn’t moving around much, but it is moving on the top of the shed.

Creamsicle was a stray who adopted us. She must have developed hunting skills, and she has demonstrated them with birds and mice. But a squirrel? She never seemed to be interested. Besides that, she has a tiny little mouth and she’s not a very big kitty. And the squirrels are alert and fast. It never occurred to us that she would or could catch one.

Hit the “+” button for all except last one, then for the last one hit the “Quote” button, then everything should appear inside a reply box.

What I’m actually seeing on my desktop: “+” button to the left of the Multi-Quote link (which doesn’t seem to actually link to anything, in spite of showing as a blue link)
“Reply With Quote” link.

If I hit the “+” buttons beside the Multi-Quote “links” for all the posts I want to quote, then hit the “Reply With Quote” link on one of them, it quotes all the quotes I have selected. This seems like it could be a little more obvious to me - after fooling around with it and being familiar with this board for 18 years, I still wasn’t able to come up with how to do it on my own.

so that’s how you do that now …in the old days you pressed the quote button for each one after the multi button … on my pc each of the multiquote buttons turn red …
