I need some words that are 10 letters or less with a combination of 4(or more) Q’s X’s J’s or Z’s.
Razzmatazz is the only one I can think of so far.

I think its pizazz.
Safari’s spellchecker accepts both Pizzaz and Pizzazz, but not Pizazz (which is what I tried first also).
Pizzazz and razzmatazz are the only two words that meet your criterion. Razzledazzle also has four zees, but is too long. No words have more than 2 x’s, j’s, or q’s.
It can be a mix of the four letters…if you didn’t take that into account.
Pizzazz will come in handy for sure.

Throw in “C” and you could do “quizzical.”
Doesn’t fit the criteria,but quizzical is the best word I have found to play in this game. scored over 1000 points 5 times,3 of 'em quizzical.
Do proper nouns count? If so, there is Zzyxx.
Zyzzyva doesn’t quite count, but should.
