No, a flock of starlings isnt some retro 80s style band. Here is a video of a murmuration of starlings. And I bet the video doesnt do the real thing justice. I think I’d about pee my pants in wonder if I saw this in person. Link safe for work (though the music is kinda loud and sucky IMO).

Ahh. Ignorance fought! Murmuration is the term for a group of starlings. I thought it was a term describing what they do when they fly together. It can also relate to the sound that they make flying together.
Ah, starlings. nothing like having a large tree right outside your window packed to the limit with starlings.
