Muscle Comparison and lifting

Hi all, and mods I’m sorry if this shouldn’t be here, but here goes.

Our bodies of course aren’t perfectly symmetrical, right? But my left pectoral is noticeably(not at a glance of course) than my right. It is also the first to start to “give” when I do dumbbell presses. Will this just work itself out, or are there any lifts that I could do to let the left catch up. But then I was thinking, why just train the left, when I could be doing both. Why hinder the progress of one for the sake of the other. Eh, any help would be great.

Stop lifting with your right side when your left side gives.

I always just do a couple more with my left than I do with my right. There is a noticeable difference in strength, but I don’t think (hope?) there is any difference in the size of mine.
