What is the name of the music (and the composer) in the beginning of the movie that plays when Kate is skating and then falls down? I can’t remember and it’s driving me crazy!

I don’t even remember what it sounds like, so I can’t take a guess beyond that.

Sadly, I don’t know the answer off the top of my head. I’ll watch my DVD tonight if I get a chance and see if I recognize it.
After much googling, I figured it out. The composer is Offenbach and it’s Orpheus in the Underworld: Infernal Gallop (otherwise known as the can-can, apparently?). I don’t think it was on the soundtrack.
