I for one would love to hear columns podcasted and double-triple-quadruple-love to hear the Pit podcasted.
I’ll read my work, although I have naught for training, hate my voice and don’t write incredibly interesting stuff here. However, there are some threads–like “Martin Hyde, you’re a fucking idiot” and the one about the little white kid dancing to the rap music, not to mention the pan-fried-semen thread and the funniest sex moments thread–I would kill to hear on audio.
I have access to professional recording equipment and software.
If the Reader is amenable, I’ll be happy to put it together.

This, at least, I can say is impractical. It’s reasonable to assume that all of the staff members have keyboards, so they can send in typed ASCII staff reports. It’s not reasonable, however, to assume that all of the staff members have audio-recording equipment. I, in fact, don’t.
Are there any news about this? I wonder if Cecil or anyone from the reader has seen the idea. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to get it to them?
