In case any of you are counting, this will make six children for me come late summer. My wife and I are thrilled, the boys and girls both want a girl.
So far it’s boy girl boy girl boy.
I hope someone see’s us out walking when we’re without the the rest of the kids when she’s all big and showing and they ask “Is this your first?”

Congratulations! My aunt, who also had six, once told me that she only had to be the full-time mom for three of them - after that, the elder children started taking over and rearing the younger ones for her.

How old is your first son? Because once you get to that half-dozen mark, the help from the older ones can make all the difference. But, like irishgirl said, big families are a lot of fun in their own special way. Here’s hoping for a healthy pregnancy for your wife, and a happy baby to add to the brood! Congrats.
