My computer is infected with "www.searchriffic.com"

I don’t know how it happened but on any web page I now open, the text of some of the words appear as a hyperlink with a double underline(instead of the usual single). The hyperlinking is random and clicking on any of them opens up the web portal of “www.searchriffic.com”.

I hate it. I have tried spybot and it didn’t help. Is there a way to get rid of this malware, spyware hijackware or whatever it is?
