I posted earlier that my computer was not booting, but nthat as soon as I posted, it finally suceeded. Well, after that, it was taking a few cycles of boot, blue screen of death, reboot.
Now it will not break out of that cycle. Any suggestions?
It is getting to just past the windows load screen before the BSOD strikes. Today I was in this cycle al day and would not boot. I would really prefer not to have to reinstall windows.
Have you installed any new software previous to this happening? Have you tried going into safe mode to see if it’s a buggy driver causing it to BSOD?
Yeah, do what Squee says and try booting into safe mode as the first step. If it loads ok, it is most likely just a driver problem.

Another thing to try is unplugging any unessential hardware from the machine. For example, unplug your USB drive, webcam, modem, or whatever. Pretty much everything except your monitor, mouse and keyboard.
It boots fine into safe mode.
THe only recent software updates have been new drivers for the video card.
Next I am going to boot into safe mode, uninstall the video card, and reboot
