Also caught the New York to Auckland flight just before it landed, so I have 5 of the 10 longest flights.
I just caught that Atlantis too, and it also is my highest rarity card.
I was so excited to see the conga line today! I think I’m gonna spend the $20 of Google Play credit to buy the weekly upgrade, and see what personal milestones I can track.
I’m thinking number of aircraft, airports, fleets; upgrades to Gold, Platinum, or Cyber; coins; trophies? Idk how much time I want to spend tracking stuff when I’d rather stay focused on catching.

I too broke down and bought the week pass, partly because as much as I’ve played I can toss them some support.
I still think $20 is kind of a lot for what it offers, but I don’t think I’ll regret spending the credits on it for the week of the air show.
After about 13 hours with the weekly upgrade (including some time I’ve spent outside of Oshkosh air space) I’ve added 6 aircraft, 9 airports, 4 fleets. I think I missed recording one new aircraft as well.
I decided to only track upgraded cards if they were gold, platinum, or cyber. So far I’ve upgraded 8 cards to gold and 4 to platinum. I will almost certainly add at least 2 cybers this week, just maybe not at Oshkosh.
Pretty solid start to this week, I think.
Oh, I was also hunting for specific cards in Dubai this early morning and saw a RwandAir flight, which got me looking at the RwandAir fleet. I see that they have a Dash 8 in their fleet of ten planes, and I love those sticks with wings, so I scrolled over to Kigali, and guess what I found! If I had checked 5 minutes later it would have landed and I’d have missed it. Such a satisfying ending to a play session.
I realize the value of that Dash-8 was mostly the carrier, not the aircraft.
One of my faves is the far more rare Dash-7. de Havilland Canada Dash 7 - Wikipedia informs me there are even fewer remaining in service than I thought.
I rode cockpit jumpseat on one once when they were still used in the USA. A fun memorable change of pace for me, but real noisy up front.
I’ve caught a couple of Cessna 190s and 195s heading for Osh Kosh. Damn, that’s a pretty plane.
The Oshkosh traffic has been fun to catch.
I’m trying to do the weekly tasks for Appleton, but I need to catch two flights with the OSH origin. Unfortunately no one is filing flight plans so none of them show that origin. Any ideas?
I did the same thing last week in expectation of the fly-in. I figured I’d have the same problem completing the tasks for Appleton; everyone flying to Osh Kosh, and no one flying away. But then it turned out not to be a problem; caught two planes within the 30-minute window.
I think that was Wednesday, so maybe it’ll be a little tougher today. Or maybe you’re trying too late in the day and everybody is already tucked into bed.
I was able to do it last night just after the reset, about 2030 EDT. Took a lot of searching though.
You were right, my patience paid off and I got one this morning. It was in one of those small areas in central Wisconsin this is not in semi-permanent blue sky, and for a moment I was confused by seeing clouds, lol.
The Blue Sky zones around Oshkosh and Appleton now exceed over 4,000 minutes! 
Picked up lots of warbirds and juicy pre-WWII classic birds today.
I’ve been popping in to Osh Kosh off-and-on. Caught a B-17, the second B-29, and a few other rarities. Was rather pleased to get a Spartan Executive, which is one of my favorite planes, ever.
Caught a B-52 over Texas, and a Sydney-to-DFW flight for the Long Haul trophy.
Hoping to get a London-to-Faroe Islands this week.
Oshkosh hasn’t been as rich for me today as it was on the weekend but I’m still checking a few times a day.
I’ve been trying to check the air show in southern England but not getting as much activity, but still picked up a few. I think their show runs through Friday as well.
The Seawind Turbine and Prescott Pusher are my rarest.
… and I finally caught one in the wild near Appleton, Wisconsin. I have to imagine it’s there because of the airshow this week.
Rarity of 12.46 if this is the variant I’ve been seeing used around here in the construction projects.

I caught a Ford 4-AT Tri Motor at an airport near a friend. I texted him to let him know and he pointed out that it was headed my way. Sure enough a few minutes later I heard its putter and took a pic of it flying over my house. I feel like I should get bonus XP for that 
I’d never even heard of the Prescott Pusher until it caught it today at the airshow in Wisconsin. Skycards says its first flight was 1985, but there is another similar craft from that era that makes me wonder if one may have inspired the other - or perhaps they share a common ancestor.
I doubt the cartoon had anything to do with the Prescott.

Oshkosh week with the weekly upgrade has been pretty awesome for me. I still have about 40 hours left with it, but I’ve unlocked 26 new aircraft, 135 new airports, and 53 new fleets. I’ve upgraded 41 cards to gold, 10 to platinum, and 3 to cyber. I wish I’d kept track of the number of coins and GLOW tags I’ve added, and I thought about counting my total items at the beginning of the week, but I felt like I was already keeping track of enough. I think I’ve added around 9500 coins, and I’m guessing I’ve caught around two dozen GLOWs, but idk. It’s been fun regardless.
