Really pointless, but guess what? I have a six pack…well maybe not a full six pack but I think a pretty nice looking stomach and I’m more likely to eat at McDonalds than do a sit-up I’m not saying I don’t exercise because I do, for one thing I play basketball and go to breaking competitions every week but for the most part I’m on the eat whatever I want and get a flat stomach diet.
You’re what, 17? Try again at 22 and we’ll see how you’re doing.
And then tryit at 32 and 42, etc. Your almost six-pack will be a full kegger before you know it.
Yeah, gloat now…those superior chuckles will turn to tears in 10 years…
No, it’ll be a “6-pack in the fridge”
Fire Engine.
Well hey, I’m nearly 28 and I’m still happily gut-free.
I think the key is that you actually do stuff. Sit-ups are “hard work”, so you’re not likely to stick with them, but if you’re active doing stuff you like, you’ll keep the weight off.
Now, where did I put those Kettle Chips?
How you doin’?
When I was 21 and cleaning a school about 17 hours a week, often riding my bike to the job a mile or more away, I ate absolutely anything I wanted.
It will change. Mark my words.
