My flipflops have died and I need new ones

I got my current flipflops at WalMart a couple of years ago. They didn’t carry them this year. These are so worn out that I can barely make out the name but I believe they say Lagunas. Does anyone know where I might find them online? Here’s the description.

The sole is black rubber, the insole looks like it’s woven grass(?) and the 2 parts across my foot are made of black velvety looking material. They are ultra cheap but I love em. I’ve probably owned at least 20 pairs of these over the years so I think I might have addiction issues with them.

Are you sure they don’t carry them anymore? Maybe they’re just out. The Wal-Marts near me still carry Lagunas, although I can’t say I’ve seen that specific one.

Haven’t seen them this year but thanks anyway.

Love your name!

I went by Wal-Mart tonight to check out what they had, and they are apparently thru with flip-flops for the season, and are only selling from the available stock. I did see some Lagunas that looked sorta like woven grass (in varying colors of “grass”), but they were out of the style I wear. (I wanted to pick up a spare in case my current ones blow out before next season.)

I once owned a pair such as those and wore them till they fell apart. I bought mine at a Payless. You might check there.

My current flipflops are sorely lacking…cheap plastic things that give me sores where the plastic thong rubs across my foot if I wear them too often or walk too fast in them.:frowning: They also let me know that my shoe size in the UK is a 37, which makes me feel bad about my already ski-sized feet.

IDBB

Wow. If Wal-Mart really has stopped carrying Laguna flip-flops, then the only things left for me to buy there are Baskin-Robbins sugar free hard candy and Bull Frog sunblock (and that I can occasionally find at Cub Foods).

Well, IDBB, if your UK shoe size is truly 37, then you do have ski-sized feet. However, if your European shoe size is 37…uh, well, no one has ever called my feet large at all and my European shoe size is 38–which translates to a nice “M” on my Lagunas. Psst…you’re average.

With my shoe size varying from a 40 to a 41 I usually offer my shoes as rowboats to people who want to get across a river

Having said that, those flip-flops sound nice. I’ll have to go see if the European version of Wal-Mart offers them, too. If you ever find them online, let me know.
