Man, I’d hate to be the poor manager getting his letters of complaint. 
Here’s a quick summary for you, as far as I could make out:
- I was trying to rescue some stewardesses. It’s what I do.
- A man stole some meat from my sandwich. And I mean that seriously.
- I was attacked by a pack of mean bullies. They beat me savagely with straw men.

I am Sparticus, if you are going to spew invective you need keep your nozzle narrowly focused. Even monkeys try to be selective about their targets when they fling poo. When you call a bunch of people who disagree with you, and who are least as smart as you seem to think you are, a pack of 'tards what precisely do you think is going to happen? For someone who likes to go toe to toe with group insults you have amazingly thin skin and an absurdly paranoid persecution complex that borders on mentally unbalanced.
This is the SDMB. You can enjoy discussions of a scope and depth it would be difficult to find elsewhere if you will mind your posting manners just a little bit. Whatever the merits of you position on the original OP they were lost when you starting going into your Captain Queeg mode.
As to your amusing contention that the SDMB mods promote a politically conservative take on things with selective poster sanctions you really need to post a little less and read a little more.

What in the hell are you talking about? FYI, the admins/mods here are unpaid volunteers who take care of the board in their spare time. They don’t even have time to open every thread, much less continuously monitor every post in a thread! :rolleyes:
May I recommend a book by Dale Carnegie called How to Win Friends and Influence People? I think you could use a few pointers.

While I am still of the same opinion (off the clock, don’t mess with sombody’s job) I was fairly appalled by the melee that followed. That issue isn’t worth this much bandwidth, IMHO.
