Thanks, everyone. I was just speaking to my stepbrother and my sister. The funeral is set for next Saturday. That will give enough time for travel. His remains will be laid to rest next to those of my mother.

I’m so sorry for your loss. He sounds like a real gentleman.
There is much respect and love for Art in your post Sunspace. I guess it’s a small mercy, but at least his passing was quick and not a long tortuous ordeal as many cancers can be.
