That is misinformation of the worst sort. Maybe YOUR symptoms were limited to urgency. Lucky you. That does not mean that:
- males (you are female, correct?)
- old people (you aren’t over 70, are you?)
folks slipping into dementia (you haven’t needed a cognitive test, have you?) - people in general who don’t happen to have an identical physiological response to yours (can you actually claim that what YOU experience is identical to the whole world?)
… have symptoms just like yours.

I could say more, but I’ll stop there. The point is, you are one isolated data point. You cannot extrapolate to the whole world from that. By all means, read up on UTIs and their effects, then cogently post an opinion. But just “oh, I had UTIs and they didn’t cause the same symptoms” is irrelevant.
