Fed by the success of ACORN ,the righties are trying to ACORN the NAACP. They are starting a campaign to discredit it. They are relentless since they got their own TV station. This is not new. I wonder who sets these actions into motion?

Not all of their members pay dues under their structure. Look at page 39 of the annual report I linked to above.

Both sides know that the average American is a fool. Liberals tend to want to educate and guide Americans out of foolhood. Conservatives maintain popularity because people get defensive about being called fools, even implicitly. Conservatives have a vested interest in maintaining that the average American is not a fool and is in fact perfectly capable of making their own decisions, because after all, a fool and his money are soon parted.
Liberals want to empower the sheep. Conservatives want the sheep to be happy and proud to be sheep so that they don’t fight back when they’re shorn.

The fact is, the NAACP and Al Sharpton are cut from the same cloth-both prosper from exploiting division-and like Rev. Al, the dread the day the gravy train stops rolling.
It is true that, at his worst, Al Sharpton is a publicity loving horse’s ass who loves the sound of his own voice. Thank God white people, the Tea Party movement, political parties and other organizations don’t have anybody to compare with that.

Certainly none of those you mention, Sampiro, have ever, ever, taken payoffs/hush money or exploited divisions, cultural, economic, racial or otherwise.
