It has recently come to my attention that there actually exist people who don’t like this incredible, indescribable woman. I figure that there’s no better place than Straight Dope to get a wide variety of opinions.
Until I encountered her, I had always considered the violin to be a wimpy instrument. Singlehandedly, she sold me on the instrument’s vitality, range, and beauty. Her talent is simply stunning and, as far as I’m concerned, peerless.
