My apologies, but the circumstances compel me to respond in a manner that may not perhaps be pleasing.
Which argument is that? I never said WH is not responsible for the leak. I stated two times that WH is indeed solely responsible and somebody needs to be punished. If you are reading my posts and listening to your beloved/despised Rush at the same time, perhaps you either need to stop reading or turn off the radio, because you are obviously confused.
You want someone’s head on a stick for this? I say, “Good hunting, but don’t expect any help from national media or Howard Dean on this one”.
My only mistake was saying that this scandal will be dropped very quickly; as it turns out, nobody even picked it up. Who cares about 56 dead people in London, when Dame Plame covert identity has been impugned upon?
That would merit a great debate. Is the administration currently more worried about their part in causing the 56-dead-in-London, or are they more worried about their culpablity in the Plame case.
I can’t read administration mind, but I can clearly see that most people outside administration worry about Plame case only. To entertain a cynical viewpoint, I suppose administration worries about things that may do it damage.
