Blotted the best I could with acetone (nail polish remover).
Bleach dosen’t do anything.

too late if you used aceton, I think. You should have put it in the freezer. Then the nail polish can be cracked off.
You might try some real acetone from the hardware store. While nail polish remover does contain acetone, many brands are so diluted and loaded with emollients that they’ll barely take the polish off your nails.
