First I hear that Duck Duck Goose used to be Notthemamma, then I hear that Biggirl is now PinkSlinky. Has anyone else undergone a name change that I’m not aware of? I feel so out-of-the-loop.

Well when I was still in Heaven my name was Lucifer. Then when I came to Earth I was known as Satan. When I came to the SDMB they told me they knew Satan and he wasn’t me, so since noone recognizes me, I am the Devil In Disguise.
UB - No sock puppets please. I’m just looking to find out if anyone else did a legal name change and I missed it. After all, I am so easily confused.

I recently underwent a name change, from “MaxTorque” to “Max Torque”, the way it should have been to begin with. But I doubt there’ll be much confusion…
I changed from Bast to SmoothOperator, but since I don’t post to this board that often, you probably don’t care.
You can legally change your name? How? Maybe I might stick a space in my name. (Topaz Antares instead of it being stuck together) Or maybe change it to something else altogether…
SmoothOperator - Actually, I do remember your Bast persona. I can’t remember anything you posted as Bast, but there is a memory there. Thanks for the update.
Topaz, you need to e-mail one of the administrators to request a name change. TubaDiva, moderator/admin over at ATMB, seems to be the one who handles most of that.
I think peaches8 just changed to Kiffa, or something like that. Scylla used to be alsmith(?) or something like that. Um, Little Nemo used to have another name - Mike something. Lexicon used to be SmickD. Who used to be Snark? Is it Flinx? Something like that.
Anyway, it’s been done quite a bit.
I only recently changed mine. I wanted to try spelling it backwards for a while. I kind of like it.

I just took my name because I already had an email in it. Didn’t think I’d be hangin’ around so it didn’t matter much. Don’t much like it, but I’m not that fond of my real name either. Sorta shopping for a new one. Any suggestions?
