I always thought “Dempsey” ala Jack Dempsey would be a great name for a Boxer.
My friend has a Boston Terrier, another small, funny-looking breed that repeatedly licks its own nose. He wanted to name it “meat.” Everyone said that was mean, so he named it “plum.”
So “meat” is still up for grabs.
