Yet Another "Help Us Name Our New Puppy" Thread

The RubyHaus has a new addition as of 8pm this evening. We are now the proud parents of a 1.5 lb, 8-week-old male Yorkie who is as cute as a button. After losing our beloved 14-year-old Yorkie in January, we’re ready to hear the patter of little feet again

The baby is very playful and is sleeping on his dog-dad’s lap at the moment. He’s a lover and a kisser, too.

Now for the naming…

We’ve had a couple of good ideas/suggestions:

Spencer (I thought it we got another female dog, we could name her Katharine)
Max
Beemer
Mac (and if we got a second, call it Roni)

Any ideas?

How cute! I think he looks like a Toby.

Name him Poops!

Dammit. That’s what you’ll be calling him most of the time anyway, so why confuse the issue?

Fang
Spike
Andre’ (as in The Giant)
or Hypoglycemia
(seriously watch out for low blood sugar in these tiny pups)

I’ve always wanted to name a dog “Slug.” Unfortunately, for our dog, the kids insisted on “Pepper.”

I don’t care what you name it, to me, it’ll always be ‘booper’. (As in, must reach over and boop the nose!)

Obviously, his name is “Killer.”

Or “ohmygoshwhoozacuuutestwiddlepuppyeverwazyesYOUare! squeak!” because that’s all I’d be sayin’ to him anyway.

“Arf.”

You have to spell it like that, with the period, for full effect.

Jay.

Then get another one and name him Silent Bob.

His name shall be Yogi.

(and get 'im away from those shoes before it’s too late!)

For some reason I looked at him and just thought Skipper. Which isn’t normally my style, but I think it fits. Also, in one picture he looks just like a Stewie. Maybe just Dogger. I don’t know, I’m so squee!-ed out it’s hard to think

Sprite!

From the shoe photos I think he should be named Berkie

Looks like a Dexter to me.

Or Poops.

Harold.

Ewok?

Sparky?
