I’m trying to recall the name of a German singer from the late 1970s-early '80s. She sang torch songs, maybe schlager, and it isn’t Ute Lemper or Andrea Jurgens. She was blond, with acne scars on her cheeks, and the album cover art I recall is largely her face, she’s wearing a hat or knit cap. This is one of those dumb things that crops up to bug me when I have nothing else to worry about, so if you can answer this, I can get back to ending world hunger.

Most of the ones I have clicked on were born in the period you reference and can be eliminated, but it’s going to be tedious.
Margot Eskens, Marianne Rosenberg, and Nicole [Hohloch] are about the right era, but don’t seem facially scarred.
Juliane Werding’s stuff seems kind of rock-based to me; I don’t suppose she really counts as Schlager. And surely you don’t mean Sandra [Lauer]. Also, no obvious acne scars.
Mary Roos and Conny Froboess might be a little early? Well, I guess Mary Roos is still going, so sure, why not?
I tried to make it be Pe Werner, but I’m pretty sure it’s not.
