Name of dish

I have never seen this dish, so I have no name for it. And if it were offered to me, i wouldn’t eat it, because cooked diced peppers are disgusting (and if i have to much contact with them, they make me physically ill, which is probably why i find them disgusting.)

But I’ve honestly never seen this. I wonder if it’s a regional dish? I’m from the North East. And i grew up with succotash (corn and lima beans) and generally like succotash. I also often separate the corn from the beans in succotash, because while i like both, i think they are both tastier on their own than mixed.

Corn O’Brien

I don’t recall seeing it here in the NE or SoCal except for the frozen product. The peppers are soggy mush when it’s done cooking, I’ll eat a little but count on my wife to eat the rest. She’ll even eat it the next day.

Way to go! That’s it.

As previously noted, there are no onions in the canned variety.

Came here to post that reply… Missed it by " " that much.

Typically served hot, although now that you mention it, it sounds a lot like some sort of corn relish if it were served cold.
