Name of old Commodore 64 game?

Back in the 80’s I had a Commodore 64 and a bunch of games for it. One game had the user traveling between different planets and stars, and I can’t remember the name of it. I don’t remember much about it, other than that the user was assigned various “missions” specifying which planets were to be visited. There wasn’t really an objective, other than exploration.

I can rule out Elite; I had that too, and the game I’m thinking of was something different.

Pretty thin, I know, but is any of this ringing a bell with anyone? Anybody know the name of it?

Bet it’s Starflight

You can buy a copy of it (bundled with Starflight 2) for $6 at GOG.com if you have a hankering to play it again.

I loved Starflight. It was the last game I obsessed over doing things like making comprehensive lists of the enemies, goals, planets, landing locations etc. I realized about then that I could put that effort into something like programming and actually accomplish worthwhile goals while having just as much fun, and the next game I bought was Turbo C.

Never did get very far in Starflight II. It lets you play the same game for an hour before telling you the goals etc. are completely different. Lost interest.
ETA: Well, the last game until City of Heroes, for which I wrote an 80-page reference to macros, keybinds, slash commands, emotes and other details that blew away every other reference on the net. Just as useless in the end, though.
