Anybody remember a pop/rock band from the mid-eighties called ‘GTR’? I would guess that the name refers to the initials of the members. I only remember them having one hit in the spring of '86 - can’t recall the title.
1 album, 1 hit. “When the Heart Rules the Mind.” Can’t figure out what the name stands for tho. The guitarists were Steve Howe of Yes and Steve Hackett of Genesis so it doesn’t seem like anyone’s initials.
