Still need a correct answer for LS5: You live your life in…
[sub]Hint: '70s song, very cheesy.[/sub]
Afternoon Delight, Starland Vocal Band
This one was already done and guessed correctly, only the other person heard that 5th word as ‘boogie’.
Nope.
5TC3 is “Travelin’ Shoes” by Elvin Bishop (but I’m not sure I’d categorize it as “cheesy”- I always liked that song! Terrific guitar work, and a bunch of great Capricorn musicians!)
5TC5 is “Afternoon Delight” again. (Although you posted before Biggirl’s B14. Now THAT’S cheese!
And since no one has come up with my piece of 70’s cheese using “I returned to my seat,” here are five more words: “…the dance floor acting strange”
Well now, both of the ones I posted were already posted. I’ll try again.

Hey, I’m 56 - I’ll bet you’re no older and fartier than me!
Don’t get me wrong, I was a HUGE Limeliters fan. And Yarbrough’s tenor MADE their sound! I loved “A Dollar Down” “There’s a Meetin’ Here Tonight” and “Lonesome Traveler.” I thought their “Things Go Better With Coke” commercial was the coolest thing in the world at the time. I was in 6th or 7th grade at the time, had been taking guitar lesson for about six month, and wanted to play the Coke commercial just like them! But I never followed Yarbrough after he left the group.
Until now, I never knew “Baby the Rain Must Fall” was written by Elmer Bernstein! No wonder it’s such a good tune.
Okay, I’ll add more words to mine as well.
LS5: You live your life in … the songs you hear …
Aha! Disco Duck, Rick Dees.

16–“Have You Seen Her” The Chi-Lites
I’ll do the new ones later…

Been watching this thread a while now. Everybody’s been too fast for me to get any answers in, but maybe it’s time to get involved anyway. Here are a few:
SP01: “I remember to this day…”
SP02: “Listen, children, to a story…”
SP03: “Well, I don’t know why…”
SP04: “How you doin’ out there?”
SP05: “Blown 'round by the wind…”
PS: Biggirl, thanks for starting the thread. You know I like these!

Yay, I love spreading the like.
This one was in the OP. Sky High by Blue Image.
It is Blue Image, isn’t it? Dang, I’ve forgotten already. See what happens when you get old.
