Play Name that Tune with me again--- 1980's Edition.

I like playing name the song from the lyrics game, but I’m a dinosaur and am still living in the past. I wanna play Name That Tune with songs I have a possibility of actually naming.

So think back to the time of New Wave, post punk and funkadelica. Give me the artist, the title or more lyrics. Play with me!

Here’s my list 'o lyrics: [ol]
[li]I got my cat moves[/li]That so upsets them
Zippers and buttons
Fun to frustrate them

[li]Yo, pretty ladies around the world[/li]Got a weird thing to show you so tell all the boys and girls
Tell your brother, your sister and your mama too
'Cause we’re about to go down and you know just what to do.

[li]Industry don’t pay a price that’s fair[/li]All the common people breathing filthy air
Roof caved in on all the simple dreams
And to get ahead your heart starts pumping schemes.

Philosophy is a walk on the slippery rocks
Religion is a light in the fog
I’m not aware of too many things
I know what I know, if you know what I mean, oo yeah.

[li]I’ll play along with the charade[/li]There doesn’t seem to be a reason to change
Y’know I feel so dirty when they start talkin’ cute
I wanna tell her that I love her but the point is prob’ly moot

[li] [/li]The situations never change
Tomorrow looks unsure
Don’t leave your destinated trains
What are you waiting for?[/ol]

    Like a National guitar
    I am following the river
    Down the highway
Through the cradle of the Civil War.

  3. Here’s a scene
You’re in the back seat laying down
    The windows wrap around
To sound of the travel and the engine

  4. Those soft fuzzy sweaters
