Name that TV theme song.

Wow, am I late to this thread!

Do you believe you believe in magic?

There’s nothing like a day out on the beach
When all it does is rain

Everybody shout!
Come on now, sing out!

Walt Disney’s Wonderful World of Color (and this site agrees with me that the line is “there’s drama and mirth”)

The Smith Family, which starred Henry Fonda.

From Johnny L.A.:

The first is Sigmund and the Sea Monsters, while the second is Sabrina and the Groovy Ghoulies.

SV1: So while you’re enjoyin’ the view
Keep on doin’ what ya do…

SV2: With a gun and a rope and a hatful of hope, we planted our family tree

SV3: Miss them moss covered vines…the tall sugar pines
Where mockin’ birds used to sing

SV4: Flagstaff, Arizona.
Don’t forget Winona

Too easy. Route 66

Saltire1: Their house is a museum,
When people come to see 'em,

Saltire2: Everybody pulled his weight,
Gee, our old LaSalle ran great.

SV1:So while you’re enjoying the view
Keep on doing what you do. . .

Hold on tight we’ll muddle through

One Day At A Time

BG4: Everyone loves the king of the sea
Ever so kind and gentle is he.

They call him Flipper! Flipper!

I recognized another one but I have to check back through the thread for it.

The Addams Family

All in The Family
And here’s mine:

WE1- If you threw a party
Invited everyone you knew

WE2 - And he’s there just to take good care of me
Like he’s one of the family.

Golden Girls (Not that I watched it. >> << )

Another, in the same vein as my earlier one…

Te2:

Friday night I crashed your party
Saturday I said I’m sorry

Aha, obviously both a Billy Joel **and ** Dave’s World fan.

So this’ll be an easy one:

PAR2:

Take me out to the black
Tell them I ain’t comin’ back

Indeed!

Firefly, natch.

Charles in Charge
Thalion1: Hot-wired heart,
Beatin’ your life on the state of the art.

Damn!!! Bettin’ your life . . .

This one drove me nuts all night, I knew it but everytime I tried to hear the rest of the lyrics the “Charles in Charge” lyrics would take over. Finally, I skipped over the next lyric after that and then I could hear it in my head. I heard Linda Lavin singing “There’s a new girl in town…” in her smug “I’m a good singer, really!” voice and I knew it was from Alice.

I also realized that’s why I had such a hard time remembering it, because I had managed to successfully block her singing from my memory. It’s one of those earworms that gets stuck in my head when I hear it or think about it. Thanks for dredging that up Odin. :frowning:

Mystery Science Theater 3000

Bonanza
Southpaw1:
We’re the young generation,
And we’ve got something to say

Southpaw2:
Well, now, take down your fishin’ pole and meet me at The Fishin’ Hole,
We may not get a bite all day, but don’t you rush away.

The Monkees

[/quote]

Andy Griffith

jj2:Who do you call when you’re caught in a jam?
Too scared to stay, too scared to scram!

Caaaaaallll for Super Chicken.

Sh1 - “His blade was tempered and so was he,
Indestructible steel was he…”

Regards,.
Shodan

PM4 : where it all comes from is a mystery
like the changing of the seasons or the tides of the sea.

PM5 : Fighting and free, got your world in my hand
I’m here for your love and I’ll make my stand

The Adventures of Jim Bowie (never saw the show, but my aunt had a record album of theme songs from Westerns)

Three of mine have been guessed correctly – the other is still up for grabs, as is

SV5: *We wanna dance and we wanna sing
Have some fun adventuring… *

The gang’s all here, but it ain’t complete, we ain’t the Archies, without that Jughead beat!

That song will now be stuck in my head forever. ;_;

Te3:

Overture,
Light the lights,
This is it,
The night of nights.

answer to Te3: The Bugs Bunny Show (easy!sheesh)

any1:
She had style, she had flair

(that’s all you get tonight - i’ll play more tomorrow)
