Since it will probably be unstable: Harikarium.
Imodium.
Valium.
Nexium.
Materia
To get the kids interested, maybe we should try something with a pop-culture edge. How about Eminemium?
Bukkakium?
Heavium
Groovium
But I think Godzillium is best.
JThunderium.
Funkium? Clintonium?
the suggestion of “Bob” nearly made me fall off my chair. nice.
The lab should auctino off the naming rights to corporations to get funding.
We could have…
Intelium
Nabisconium
AOLTimeWarnerium
Although if it’s in Japan…
Nissanium
Sonium
But if they don’t want to do that, they should just call it Titanium Mark II
muiium
leeloominum?
Don’t worry, you can safely land in my lap.

Bosda Di’Chi of Tricor your sense of appropriateness is impeccable. You have my vote.
However, if ‘the powers that be’ (we know who that is, don;'t we, kids?) invoke the constraints of logic over appropriation:
Densestium
(But I hope they don’t; I like “Bob.”)
unobtainium
Holy crap, that’s hilarious!
That one gets my vote.
Hentaium.
My favourite suggestion so far is “hellokittium”.
BTW, I think all this new stories are incorrect in saying that Uut (ununtrium, as the boring old scientists call it at the moment) would be the densest known element. Highest atomic mass, sure, but that is something totally different — otherwise elements like uranium and plutonium (atomic masses 238 and 244 respectively) would be denser than, say, osmium and iridium (atomic masses 190 and 192).
Gojirium would be even better.
