Nanoscale radio, would you get one?

My first thought was assisted hearing / Personal implanted earphones. Why have a set for your phone (bluetooth), your I-Pod (earbuds), and for playing games (head-phones)? Just have this baby implanted and you could have a low-range radio signal transfer sound directly to your ears!

The whole radio controlled devices in my cells is kind of creepy, but there are a lot of uses in having one of these babies put in your ear!
