Remeber Cypher offers Neo a drink on the Neb; he sadi Dozer made it, good for two things, degreasing engines and killing brain cells. What was that? Obviously moonshine or poitin of some sort. Wonder what he made it from? Cypher claims they eat the same goop every day, a protein mix which looks like crud. So what was Dozers brew? Prison wine?

That stuff’s really hard to come by. If you can get single-celled protein, you can probably find some sort of yeast-like organism thing that consumes it and excretes a nice astringent that’s equally suitable for cutting grease and getting cut.
